Arena Business Development Manager
Katherine Reade joined the Arena team in 2008 as a Duty Manager. Katherine was promoted to Arena Business Development Manager in 2011 and is working to promote The Arena and bring in new business. She is the main point of contact for any event bookings. She will firstly give you a tour of The Arena and take you through the booking process, from the initial query to planning and running the actual event on the day.
“After four years, I have built up a great relationship with our regular customers, many of whom have been using The Arena since it was built in 1993. Ronnie O’Farrell
Operations Manager
Ronnie O'Farrell began working in the Arena in 2004. Ronnie is the Operations Manager and looks after the day to day running and maintenance in the Arena.

Barbara McDermott
Evening Duty Manager and Club Co-Ordinator
Barbara McDermott began working in the Arena in 1997 and is the Evening Duty Manager. Barbara looks after all of our clubs from Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, to Rugby.
"I have really enjoyed my 15 years in the Arena. I love working with all of our clubs and all of our event customers. I am very proud of the staff we have in the Arena, our customers come back time and time again and I genuinely feel that this is due to the customer care they receive. We pride ourselves on doing all we can to make sure our customers needs are met" Barbara McDermott.
